About Our Chairman
Mr. Naidu Sambhasivarao, a dynamic leader and visionary educator,having 15yrs of experience in the education sector has completed his B.Tech in Chennai under Madras University, laying a strong technical and academic foundation. His career began in the IT industry with Hexaware Technologies, Pune, where he spent three years cultivating a mindset rooted in precision, innovation, and excellence.
Driven by a growing passion for education, he went on to serve in esteemed institutions such as Mallareddy University, St. Joseph’s College, and St. Theresa Women’s College in leadership roles, including Director. During this journey, he closely observed the learning gaps among students — particularly in conceptual understanding, communication, confidence-building, and practical application.
This insight strengthened his belief that true learning must begin early. With a vision to nurture young minds with strong values, global awareness, and future-ready skills, he established International Delhi Public School — an institution where learning has purpose and education extends far beyond the classroom.
Guided by these principles, the school under his leadership continues to empower students to think critically, communicate confidently, explore creatively, and grow responsibly. His vision is to create an environment where every learner feels inspired, valued, and equipped to succeed in a rapidly evolving world.
As Gandhiji rightly said, “The destiny of a nation is shaped in its classrooms.” Embracing this belief, Mr. Sambhasiva Rao chose to strengthen the academic foundation of young learners through holistic and meaningful education.
